Let's Climb The Mountain

Preparing for a trip

One common preparation for hiking is to do regular exercise, stimulates liver function and blood circulation resulting in more muscles stronger. best practice include: walking (at least 3-4 hours), cycling, swimming, walking in the forest, jogging, itinerant training (circuit training) run through the ladder with quick steps.

To prepare the high mountains that we must do the exercises on the uneven field to train the calf muscles, knees. Practice on uneven ground also foster a feeling of security.

Besides the physical and skill, mountain climbing also requires mental stability and concentration ability. mountaineers have to train patience and understanding of abilities.

Important things to travel to the mountain are:

1. Travel plans and the calculation time is needed. This plan includes the knowledge of the area to be on the go, with a thorough understanding maps and directions, preparations are also included for the conditions of uncertainty such as health conditions, air and weather, it will be very good we collect data and information to people who has experience in the area. computation time also becomes a very important factor in doing mountain climbing, ideally calculations are: for horizontal distance 4 km in travel within 1 hour, but in the climbing field in 1 hour a person can climb of approximately 400 m and can go down as far as 600-700 m, then for the terrain that is really new we go to the calculation time becomes very important because it is closely related to the amount of consumption and health. listen to instructions from local people because somehow they are more familiar territory than we do, prepare equipment with good ripe that the type, number and function, check back before setting out to avoid risk.
2. Food. In accordance with the time and travel distance, a mountain climber every day spent 4000 to 6000 calories, 60% carbohydrate, 20% fat and 20% egg white. a climber should bring foods that are in need only, dry foods and fruits. If we are going to travel alone so before leaving we had to eat bread or rice with additional consumption of honey and drink tea or coffee. when it is stopped on the trip will be very good if we eat and drink a little to strengthen the power. drink intake also should be enough, assuming that the way drinking is not true just a little, drink a lot but little by little, if not drinking it should be replaced with other foods to add energy.
3. Acclimatization (conformance with the surrounding air.) Every living thing has a certain time to adjust to the amount of acid in the higher regions. time is needed for adjustment with the air every person is different. A healthy and well-trained people who used to live at an altitude of approximately 500 meters above sea level requires 2-3 days before they can feel good at an altitude of 2000-2500 masl. to a height of 2500-3000mdpl, one must perform between 3-5 days of acclimatization. if it will travel over the previous 4000mdpl must experience first trip for 1 week above 2000 m. The higher the place will be more high risk also will be facing, physical readiness, mental and supporting facilities will be very influential, calm is the best attitude that we must bear in mind! A person may experience pain if located at an altitude start 3000mdpl, from mild, such as headaches, palpitations, like vomiting, shortness of breath until the very dangerous to the accumulation of water in the lungs, the sign is a cough that raises the voice of the throat and slimy vomit to find it hard to breathe, when the symptoms arise then the only way is to quickly return to a more low-to feel more comfortable.
